Airbag Replacement Good, Lost Engine Cover Bad When I got home after airbag replacement I opened my hood and noticed my engine cover was missing. I contacted Landers service department by phone a When I got home after airbag replacement I opened my hood and noticed my engine cover was missing. I contacted Landers service department by phone and they said they would look for it. A little later I drove to Landers and the service writer I spoke with informed me that replacing an airbag didn't require the removal of the engine cover and started questioning me about who else may have been in my engine compartment. I got the feeling she was trying to shift blame somewhere else. I was starting to feel a little offended when a nice young man appeared with my cover. He reinstalled it on my engine and I thanked him for the effort. Alls well that ends well. Thanks again. More

Apparently dodge or Chrysler do not stand behind the tires they put on their trucks. Knowing full well dodge is a authorized Firestone dealer. No I have not hauled any heavy loads nor pulled a trailer that was heavy behind my truck. And tires are over half worn down. Firestone will not stand behind their tires either. So I have issue with all Dodge service centers. More
