The dealership I bought it from never said anything about it. And the employee at this location offered me this information and took care of scheduling this service. Fixed a big problem fast My Jeep began randomly failing to start on vacation causing us to cut the vacation short. The dealership in Colorado could not find the problem. Had it reoccur here at home and we had it towed to to Landers. They found the problem, fixed it and I had my Jeep back within 24 hours. Couldn’t ask for better service. More

Service Took my Jeep in for annoil and filter change and tire rotation. I was expecting a higher price due to requiring the synthetic oil. I have used 2 other local Jeep dealerships for previous service and will return to doing so since they have not raked me over the coals with charges. More

Great work Anthony was such a great help to me. I took my Jeep in on a Tuesday knowing they wouldn't be able to get to it until the next day and he called early Anthony was such a great help to me. Horrible service! Appointments mean absolutely nothing here! Had an 8 o’clock appointment. Were told it would only take 3 1/2 - 4 hours. I called them 7 hours later and they hadn’t even started it! Ridiculous! Only reason they could give us was they were behind! A common courtesy phone call the day before to reschedule would have been nice! Even a courtesy phone call after they noticed they weren’t going to get to it would have been nice. We made the appointment and took off work to bring it in! Very frustrating! Poorest customer service I’ve every experienced. The service manager was extremely rude as well! Like we were bothering him by being there. Then just got up and went outside to talk to his friend! Braxton even admitted that the appointment meant nothing other than the time we would drop it off to him. Very disappointed in this dealership! Your slogan “unmatched customer service “ is so true.
