I had a horrible experience. Never going back. They had my Jeep for 8 days and communicated poorly the whole way through the process. I had an appointment at 8 AM on Monday, September 27th. No one even my Jeep for 8 days and communicated poorly the whole way through the process. I had an appointment at 8 AM on Monday, September 27th. No one even looked at it until Septembet 30th. That was with me calling everyday. They moved me up in the schedule or they probably wouldn't have even looked at it that week. I was told "The appointment is not for the vehicle to go right into the technicians stall. The appointment is for me writing it up and getting everything entered into the system with your concerns!" I was told they were at least 2 to 3 days behind on even getting a diagnosis. I paid for the repairs online Friday since it was supposedly "done". They were going to call me when I could pick it up. They never called. On Saturday I called and they were finishing it up. I paid extra for their "concierge" pick up and drop off service. They didn't have any drivers on Saturday, so it would be Monday before I got the Jeep back. I got the Jeep back on Monday with the check engine light still on and throwing the exact code that I took it on for. They found that one of the parts they replaced was defective. They ordered one from Dallas. I was told by the service manager that when it came in, I could come in and they would replace it, no charge. It was supposed to take 30 minutes. I made an appointment and when I showed up to get it replaced, I was told that they would need to keep the Jeep all day. It took many phone calls back and forth to clarify what needed to be done. One of the worst problems about this experience was the difficulty communicating. They never called or texted concerning anything unless I contacted them first. I was told on 2 occasions that the service manager would call me. It never happened. I held on the phone for 15 to 20 minutes on several occasions and then it would roll to a voicemail saying that they were closed and my message would go to the general mailbox. Then I would be immediately disconnected. On several occasions I would just ask the receptionist to take a note back to the service department with a message for them to call me. My experience was terrible. If my Jeep broke down in front of Landers dealership, I would buy a donkey cart to get home before I would let them work on my car. My jeep continues to come in and out of the shop because they "Know what's wrong". So, they fix THAT problem, which wasn't even the issue I brought to them. So, I get a text asking to call Jeremy about this survey, so I call and I've been put on hold until I got hung up on. Never did speak to Jeremy. Right now, my experience us "Don't come back". More
