I do apologize for the wait time. There are too many unexpecting things to happen throughout the day that cannot be prepared for. Vehicles that come in before yours have a stuck/broken drain plug etc. which would take longer than expected. We always want our wait time for oil change/rotate in under an hour. For this reason we do not have appointments only check in times. We always want to be upfront on how long the service will take when you arrive. We do offer a pick up and deliver to local residents or places of business. If that is something that would work better for you. We could pick up the vehicle at your resident or while you are at work and deliver the vehicle back once services are completed. I do understand the inconvenience factor which is why we set this in place to better assist you. I hope we can continue to do business in the future. All the best Jeremy Yandell Service Director.

Not good enough. It took two trips to your dealership and a week to get an oil change. When I am in town I have a limited time to get things done. Two trips and a week is unacceptable.

We schedule check in times instead of appointments and always try to be upfront with a realistic time when a vehicle can make it into the shop. Every day there are unexpected obstacles or Jobs that came in prior to yours be a lot bigger job than expected. I do apologize for the long wait. That being said I have all the confidence in these hard working, fully factory trained technicians. They do a great job and work hard every single day in the heat/cold. They take their jobs very serious and with much pride. I know none of this information pertains to your issue, just a small fracture of what they go through every single day to get as many of our wonderful guests vehicle to them as quick as possible and a little understanding.
