Genifer was great and this would be a 5/5 but Chrysler sent the wrong catalytic converter recall piece that messed with my car acceleration and made it heat up a lot and smell bad. After I brought it back and they kept it for the weekend it was and is back to normal. I even got a beautiful 2018 Jeep Renegade to drive while the shop fixed Chrysler’s mistake. So the shop and Customer Service 10/10 would recommend but Chrysler doing a recall because of their own problems and then sending the wrong parts? Garbage. Thank you Gennifer and team for making it an easy process to fix and deal with! More

Not really impressed. Setup a appointment for my wife’s car went over everything on the phone with the gentleman that I needed all recalls, also needed a motor mount checked out. My wife takes her car on over a week later the advisor tells her to look at the motor mount it’s $126, I was told no charge on that, when my wife said not too the lady then got short with her about everything, asked her if she was waiting on the car which she had planned to, the lady then stated she recommended finding a ride and if she couldn’t the lady would find one for her, at this point my wife felt I welcomed at the dealer. We were also told the parts needed were all there, but when we picked the car up she finds out that they were not and we had to schedule an appointment for the other, not a big deal, but then I see the paperwork where they literally checked everything around the motor mount in their “inspection” but not the mount. Makes ZERO sense but ok. I’m pretty dissatisfied in the treatment and service my wife received from this place. Mechanics did a great job though. More
