Was told to get in line. Not informative on the process. This my first time. Said you would call when finished. Didn’t. Came back after 3 hours. The car was ready. I could barely get the jeep out of the parking lot. I was very worried I was going to hit something. I’m new at this but my father told me this was not good service. My mom would have made someone get the jeep out. More
