Tracy was friendly and helpful. She kept me updated via text message. The only complaint was that she was off for a few days and no one took over for her. To leave oil all over my motor, then insinuate that the scratch YOU put on my truck was already there!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. And to blatantly lie and say that the problem was there when the vehicle was brought in. Just typing about it makes me angry all over again. All I know is this, IF I EVER BUY A NEW VEHICLE AGAIN I WILL NOT BUY IT HERE. and the sad thing is I bought the service package so unfortunately I have to deal with you, but there will not be anymore oil spilt on my engine or it will be cleaned up.!!!!!!!! I just came in for donuts and coffee. There were no donuts, but the people were great and the coffee was brewed perfectly.
