All around disappointed! Will not be back! I brought in a vehicle with several intermittent electrical problems. I paid to have it diagnosed and repaired. The dealership charged me to replace I brought in a vehicle with several intermittent electrical problems. I paid to have it diagnosed and repaired. The dealership charged me to replaced the lock switch panel in the driver's door, but this did not fix the problem. They told me it was because the problem was intermittent so they could not diagnose it. I was charged for diagnosis that they could not perform? And I paid to have a part replaced that did not fix my problem? And their answer to me was basically "Too bad. We can try to replace something else for you and see if that works." I also needed an ignition switch replaced. They said the part was on back order and they would contact me in a week or so when they got the part. After waiting 6 moths I took it to another shop. I paid a lot for work that did not fix my problem. I WILL NEVER BRING ANOTHER VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE. More
Service Dept from xxxx! I dropped my truck off to have a warranty part replaced. I was told I could wait or come back. It should only take 2-3 hours. That was 6 days ago and I still don't have my truck. First they said the tech broke something while trying to fix it and had to order another part. Then they said he is "in a meeting and doing paperwork and stuff". Then they said he is not working today. Today is day 6 and it doesn't look like it will be fixed today. I'm sick of the lies and the unprofessional and unqualified technician working on my vehicle. I think I'm going to have to send a tow truck to pick it up and take it to another garage. More
I think customer service makes for great business..as a company its not there..i would not refer any one there. I have purchased to vehicles there..don't feel appreciated.. Run Around I came to get a/c repaired on July 11, front passenger side was blowing hot air. The blend door was replaced and Chris told me there was an assembly that kept breaking it that he would have to order - I had car shield. Several weeks passed during which I called a couple of times to see if parts were in, I was told the accuater was in only. So I called July 29, the receptionist put me on hold saying she would check with the parts dept who says the part were in so I scheduled an appointment for the 29th. I drove again from Pine Bluff, when I arrived Chris told me the assembly was not in, he would have to order it, it would be around August 17 before it was in and it would cost $1,900 to repair - WOW. He also said Car Shield would not cover it and offered a payment plan . I have made 2 trips to your dealership, paid $137, and I am still riding with hot air. I received a call last week and explained this to someone who in turn said they would have a service manager to call me. I have not heard from anyone and still riding hot. Not Pleased!!!!!!!! More
