The service department half repaired my recall I got my alternator bearings replaced in 2015. Had alternator recall done in 2018 not because I was notified but because my car quit and I had it towe I got my alternator bearings replaced in 2015. Alternator isn't the correct alternator which is what YOU GUYS did and now a little after two years later I'm dealing with the same problem and I'm supposed to pay for something ya'll never repaired. I will NEVER buy another DODGE. I wouldn't recommend Steve Landers on Colonel Glenn to my enemy and every week I make it my job to post my experience on social media. I can tell some of the mechanic's as well as the service desk people don't know xxxx about cars but will openly give you advice, diagnostics, etc about YOUR vehicle instead of openly saying they don't know or that they have seriously xxxxed up. So don't email me, contact me or anything asking about this terrible xxx service again. As far who I worked with make sure you look up the xxxxxxx who told me in 2018 that the alternator and battery had nothing to do with one another. More

Good experience just expensive I usually get my oil changed on my 1500 at the dealership. Good service but took too long I went in for an oil change and detail. I didn't get the detail because they person at the service desk said that it would take longer. Well, I came at 8am, I was still there over two hours, almost 3 hours, just to get an oil change. I can just imagine how long it would have taken to get the detail as well. Plus, I was super duper nervous due to covid, I have literally been no where, and I was hoping I could just get my car picked up, but the services were not offered. . Also, my screen has been having technical difficulties since the oil change, I am hoping that the problem doesn't continue. Overall, I am satified with the oil change. More

We've been there several times for oil changes, tire rotations, etc,, one recall, and have always been treated with respect and kindness. We also wanted to get a quote on replacing our tires. The dealership was unable to beat our best offer in Hot Springs, but they did a quote for us speedily and covered all we had asked for. I have never been disappointed with the treatment, service, or any other visit with this dealership. They have good quality people and treat their customers right. I can't remember the name of the service person who helped us this time, but he was very nice and helpful. I mentioned Coral Smith because he's the one who helped us 3 years ago when we bought this car. More
