Upon checking I discovered that the tube running to the washer sprayers was broken. More
Very unsatisfied! This was the second time I took my car in for the same problem because they didn't fix/resolve the issue the first time. I paid $550 for the first time for the "repair", which I was told w in for the same problem because they didn't fix/resolve the issue the first time. I paid $550 for the first time for the "repair", which I was told was a tire sensor. Since my car was misdiagnosed, due to the lights continuing to pop back on, I took the car back in and was told that it was something else, which would cost me an additional $780. I was upset not only because my car was misdiagnosed but also having to now come up with almost an additional $800. Also, they kept my vehicle for almost two days. I had to call them about the status of my vehicle. I was also told that they would pin up a piece of plastic hanging in the front and they didn't. When I picked up the car, I received no paperwork just my keys. I got an email a few hours later about my car being diagnosed but it doesn't state the problem and the cost to repair it. Overall highly disappointed and unsatisfied customer. I’m going to have to sue Landers for not following through on their h More
The Service team has definitely improved from my last few experiences. Everyone was polite, helpful, accommodating, and informative. There were not attitudes at all. I felt like everyone wanted to be at wo experiences. Everyone was polite, helpful, accommodating, and informative. There were not attitudes at all. I felt like everyone wanted to be at work and happily do their job tasks as opposed to some previous experiences where I was brushed off and team members were not so helpful. A clear effort for great customer service was made here and I appreciate it. More
Changed oil and need oil change light comes on all the time. I like the end result of the service, they are always nice and helpful, but they forgot to notify my car's computer that it just had an oil change. It I like the end result of the service, they are always nice and helpful, but they forgot to notify my car's computer that it just had an oil change. It comes on all throughout the day and bugs me to death, and causes me to say cuss words toward your service department each time. Yes, I can bring it in to get it fixed, but it's a pain in the A. I live on the other side of Little Rock, not horrible, not a quick in and out. Love Winston in your sales department, btw! More
They Lie to get more money It should be no surprise that service advisors get paid commission. They more they sell the more that goes in their pocket book. I had my Wrangler i It should be no surprise that service advisors get paid commission. They more they sell the more that goes in their pocket book. I had my Wrangler in for tire rotation, oil change and brake check. I was already warned else wear that my rear brakes would need to be replaced. These are disk brakes and had not even got to the point of making any noises to warn you yet. I have had brakes serviced many times over the last 27 years and I can think of only once where I had to "turn" the rotors. Yet the service advisor insisted that they needed to be done. This was even before the brakes were looked at by the dealership. I questioned him on it, are you sure because this rarely needs to be done. He kept insisting. When the vechicle was done the mechanic who worked on it came and talked to me himself. He said that he did not turn the rotors, that they were not even close to needing it. As the service advisor was getting final paper work on it I said to him well I guess it didn't need turning after all, even though you were insisting and shoving it down my throat. He didn't even look at me and only said "I'm not going to argue with you" How many times does this keep happening where people are getting chsarged for services they do not need. Also everyone needs to read their owners manual on what the FACTORY services are and what the DEALER RECOMMENDED services are. These are nothing but putting money in their pocket book for services that are not needed nor required. But rest assured the dealer will give you a reason on why you need the service and will play games with your emotions on saying how it can affect your warranty. This is why it is so important to know what your manual says for the maintenance of your vehicle. More
Not sure that some services are being done. Recently had warranty work performed. The invoice stated that a 22 point inspection was done at no charge. That is a false statement. Tire pressure wa Recently had warranty work performed. The invoice stated that a 22 point inspection was done at no charge. That is a false statement. Tire pressure was not adjusted, each tire had a different psi and it was not per the specifications. I change Air pressure intentionally just to see if anything would be done, since this same service center did the same thing for the last service. Also scheduled in advance and stated I would need a loaner. When I dropped the vehicle off I was told, scheduling doesn't matter other cars are in front of you. Instead of 2 days it will be 5 days. Service center was surprised to hear I needed a loaner even though I stated in the scheduling process. More
So it just doesn’t sit well when it’s stated by the service advisor that one will be called for notice on progress of the service, but there is NO call received. When I called the service advisor to service advisor that one will be called for notice on progress of the service, but there is NO call received. When I called the service advisor to inform them I was waiting for a phone call to be notified; there response to me was “I knew there would be no issues and everything would be fine”. Excuse me, YOU were to call ME and notify ME of the progress. This was the 2nd such incident here, hopefully there will not be a 3rd. If so, I will take my vehicle to another dealership for service. Service Had my car worked on and it looked like it came fresh out of a junkyard when i got it back. I complained and they told me to take pictures and send it Had my car worked on and it looked like it came fresh out of a junkyard when i got it back. I complained and they told me to take pictures and send it to them. I did and they could not receive my pictures because there service provider has a size limits n pictures/video to be sent. I could not even send 1 picture apparently it was to big as well. Sad because I took the picture with my camera phone ,not like it was high definition and high quality , which it was not. When i let them know what the problem was I never heard back from them nor did they give me any other instructions. I was just dismissed. More

When I came back to get my car, which was finished quickly, I looked over the service sheet and there was things on there that she did not take the time to talk over to see if I wanted to have these issues taken care of that time.
