My wife is on the way back up there RIGHT now 5/12/2020 1:30 pm, I truly hope that the issue gets solved this time, or if it is a different cause, creating the same issue, that gets explained. The first time we were told Jeep needed a complete transmission overhaul, second time "same issue" it was said to be a module. This time the computer at Auto Zone says 4x4 module. I hope its a different module, but the issue is the same,"not wanting to shift gears". Thank you for your response.
