Frustration with Service Department Personnel I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in because the door handle was broken. The car had been in your dealership on 2 prior occasions for this same issue. When I placed the appointment, I asked how long the repair would take. I was told an hour. When I dropped off the car for the appointment, I spoke to Richard. He asked me if I was dropping off the car or was waiting on it. I let him know that I had been told the repair would only take an hour so I would wait on it. Two hours later, after seeing people come and go in the waiting area, I returned to the service counter and asked Richard what the status was of my car. He told me he didn’t know but would call and find out. After getting off the phone, he told me the shop had not had a chance to look at it yet but he would get back with me in an hour. Approximately and hour and a half later, I again returned to the service desk. This time, Richard called and found out the shop had removed the door panel but had not been able to determine what was needed to fix it so they did not know when the repair would be completed or if a part or parts would need to be ordered. I was VERY displeased with this and explained that while I understood that it might take time to diagnose and repair something, I was frustrated because I was told the appointment would only take an hour and if I would have known they would not even be able to figure out what was needed to be done to repair the handle, I would have made arrangements to get a ride and go to work. I was not happy that I had wasted hours sitting in the waiting area unnecessarily. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Richard then went and spoke to a man, sitting at the first station on the service desk area. I can only guess this is his supervisor but I don’t know as he did not give me his name or title. I explained to him my frustration and he told me it was not the dealership’s fault that the appointment service personnel told me it would only take 1 hour because the dealership had not told me that. I explained that the appointment service was hired by the dealership so yes – it was the dealerships fault for the miscommunication. The man only agreed that I should not have been told by Richard that he would timely get back to me. They then made arrangements for me to get a loaner car. I do want to point out that Richard was always pleasant and professional but never apologized for the ordeal or for him failing to follow-up with me on the 2 occasions. Bottom line – the dealership needs to CLEARLY and accurately give diagnostic and repairs times so people can plan accordingly. More

I have had so many issues with the service department. I had to take my car back in 5 times (that’s no exaggeration) for the same issue. They just didn’t want to fix it because my warranty was about to expi had to take my car back in 5 times (that’s no exaggeration) for the same issue. They just didn’t want to fix it because my warranty was about to expire. Finally on the 5th time they fixed it. I’ve had so many issues with my Jeep and they have given me such a hard time trying to get it all fixed. They were going to charge me $900 just to put Freon and recharge my AC. I took it to a different dealership and got it done for $250 and they replaced my condenser. 10/10 do not recommend. More

Our vehicle wasn’t completely serviced for what we brought it in and paid for so my husband did the tire rotation himself. The 3 stars is primarily for the ladies manning the service desk at 1/2 manpo brought it in and paid for so my husband did the tire rotation himself. This sequence; the right hand not knowing what the left is doing, is indicative of my experience. I came in with a safety issue, was charged for a repair that never happened, was dismissed with the safety issue unaddressed, and my take-away is that the Service Policy there is "Sucks to be You." And again … I have texted about this, I filled out an emailed survey, I spoke briefly with somebody named Dan … and now another survey. Wow. Maybe I'll get something in the mail, too? More

However, they had inspected it all over, so perhaps it was worth the wait. Everyone was very courteous. Normally I give 4 stars. I suspect they were understaffed due to virus issues. More

thank you I want to thank you for solving an issue that I have had since purchase. At 60 MPH the steering wheel would vibrate and I was told it was due to under I want to thank you for solving an issue that I have had since purchase. At 60 MPH the steering wheel would vibrate and I was told it was due to under flated front tires. But the issue continued until I brought it in due to a leak in the third light causing sever water damage under the back seat. The mechanic found out that the wheel hub and bearing was causing the issue. This absolutely corrected the problem. I was not aware that the third light leak was not a warranty issue and paid the $ 93 but still wonder about weather or not it is an warranty issue. More
