Kept finding parts to replace due to a melted wiring harness. No explanation as to what caused it to melt or how to prevent it again. Truck had 15000 miles. My car was taken in for a unknown noise in the interior. They replicated the unknown noise and thought it was a passenger seat rail. They had to keep the car for a week because the wrong part was ordered. I picked it up and there was a deep scratch on the passenger door on the drivers side. I pointed it out and they asked that I take it to the body shop to have them take a look. He said the scratch was past the paint and recommended that door be repainted. I called the Service Department back to let them know the body shop findings and that the unknown noise was still there. They asked that I bring it back a 3rd time. I took it in and I did a ride along with someone from the dealership. He thought it was the passenger seat back so I left it with them on a Tuesday. The body shop had told me it would take 2 days so I called on it that Friday and was told it would not be ready. The body shop manager said he didn't receive it until Thursday. I have to assume the service department ordered another part for the noise and then took it over for the painting. The car wasn't ready until a week and a day later (Wednesday of the following week). It would be nice if all this was communicated with me. The vehicle is a black charger and you can see swirl marks all over the door they repainted or touched up. Hopefully those come out. Overall it has not been a good experience. More

I was promised something that I did not receive. When I had service done on my Chrysler 300 C some months ago, somehow the body of my car sustained a small damage. I was promised that the situation would be taken care of. I had to call several times to try to get the situation resolved, to no avail. During the last conversation, I was told that I would receive a call within two days to discuss how to handle the problem. I never received the call, and that was back in last year. Mind you, this was after I had spend thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars on car repairs throughout the years at this dealership. More
