I need a better experience. I was notified by text my vehicle was ready. Usually it was brought around from for me, this time I was given the keys and they pointed out into the I was notified by text my vehicle was ready. Usually it was brought around from for me, this time I was given the keys and they pointed out into the parking lot. First, I noticed the side rails didn't automatically open as they should. They forgot to return the option to auto open. Next the AERO was disabled. I wasn't advised of why this was set like this and did not understand the brief statement in the paperwork. I was texted later to see if everything was good, I responded they I needed a call. None. Later a lady called and asked if she could help, I explained and she advised the service tech would call me back. never happened. Very disappointed. UPDATE 2/24/2020: I never was contacted, even though the dealership said they would contact me about the issue. More
Nothing Quick about it I called and scheduled my oil change so that I could get in and out in a timely manner. I showed up for my appointment and got the vehicle in and I t I called and scheduled my oil change so that I could get in and out in a timely manner. I showed up for my appointment and got the vehicle in and I took a seat in the waiting area. In addition to getting the oil changed, I asked them to put air in the spare tire as the sensor was indicating it was low. It was nice to have some complimentary beverages to choose from while waiting. About an hour into the wait, I went to check on my vehicle as I was growing restless and wanted to get home after a long day at work. I asked my service rep and he stated it should be out any minute. About 15 minutes later, my vehicle was ready and I received my keys with instructions that my vehicle would be out front by a "white truck". It was drizzling and I walked up front pushing the button on my key chain, hoping to hear or see my vehicle. No luck. So I went back across the vehicle show room to my service representative who walked outside and showed me where my vehicle was. He stated normally it is by the white truck which he pointed to but when it isn't there, like now, they park it around the side of the building. So we walked there and lo and behold, there it was. I got in my vehicle and proceeded to drive off when I noticed that the service light on the engine was still on as well as the low air pressure in the spare tire, so I drove back into the service bay. The service representative apologized and took my vehicle for a second time and I waited another 20 minutes or so. By the time I got my vehicle back, nearly 2 hours had passed since my appointment time for an oil change. I'm not confident that if I returned they wouldn't do the same thing. More
