Took over 2 weeks. Billed, but problems not corrected Took 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for service due to a random beeping turn signal and for repair of a leaky fuel filler tube, plus an oil change. Should have been simple work, but has taken over 2 weeks and the turn signal not fixed yet. Was promised completed work twice but both times when I got there for pick-up, the vehicle was still in pieces. Nothing had been completed. Nobody called to say not ready. Vehicle finally returned on day 12 and paid $683. Turn signal began beeping again before I left their parking lot (obviously their diagnosis was wrong, but cost me $420, so far, for wrong parts). Dropped Jeep off again and was told it would have to work back up from bottom to top of the list again. Four days later, they have not looked at it again and won't say when they will. Service Manager was informed after the 2nd time it wasn't ready when promised. Nothing changed. I DO NOT recommend Landers Jeep Service. They do not communicate well with customers. They promise but do not deliver. They charge for work without correcting the problem. I have no confidence in their work. I will never go back to Landers Jeep. I just want my Jeep back with the repairs I have paid for completed correctly. I have no idea when that will be. More

Below average service than the Normal I came in for my usual oil change after about 3 months. The system has been updated since my last visit with new technology that will seem to help imp I came in for my usual oil change after about 3 months. The system has been updated since my last visit with new technology that will seem to help improve car services, which appears to be great. The customer service staff were good and helpful, the whole experience seemed to go as usual. But when I got back in my car, I noticed a few things that were unusual. First, it usually it takes a couple miles for the tire pressure sensors to pick up and correct after they have been done but this did not happen on this occasion. On the print out report all my tire pressures were at 34, but that was not true they were all on the same as when I pulled in which was lower than 34 psi. So two days later when the weather become cooler I had to go to a compressor to fill them back up. Secondly, on the printout all fluids were checked and filled if needed, but this was not true either. My windshield washer fluid was empty on arrival and after I left, so this was never cared for even though reported that way. Even though I am sure all other fluids were checked and handled correctly, this mishaps can make someone think otherwise and wonder if any of the other fluids were even checked. More

I give the service dept. 5 stars, however the problem with my 2019 Ram 2500 was not resolved. Dodge has an issue with the new rear hydro-mount cab mounts that causes a rattle over rough spots. I am very disappointed That Dodge or FCA is ok with selling a 50k plus vehicle that rattles this bad. More
Not really what I intended to do So I brought my 2017 Jeep in to have an oil change, spark plugs changed, PCV valve changed, flush the radiator and flush the auto transmission. That So I brought my 2017 Jeep in to have an oil change, spark plugs changed, PCV valve changed, flush the radiator and flush the auto transmission. That was my intention. I like to really take care of my cars. Bill was quoted as $1,400. I ended up with a 100,000 mile inspection for a Jeep with 60,000 miles, no PCV change, no radiator flush or transmission flush. Some kind of auto throttle change? I left with a bill of $1800. I guess I should have paid better attention when I came in vs the phone call I made to schedule the jeep in with my intentions. I put yes I would recommend since the work was done on time and well done by the mechanics but overall?? I am left wondering what happened. Jeff Griffin Dassault Falcon Jet More

My warranty had run out by 1 month and 1 day with 32,000 miles. Heather Allen in the service department gave me a number to call to appeal my case to Chrysler’s Customer Care. I followed her instructions and they came through with a replacement radio at no cost to me. I notified Heather and she ordered a new radio and scheduled a service appointment. After the radio was replaced, Heather got into my vehicle to see if the radio had all of my phones transferred and paired as well as all of my GPS addresses transferred. She went the extra mile to make sure the situation was complete and I was satisfied with the repair. More

I was given an estimate of the charges based on what they were to do and the total bill was within the estimated range. Check out was easy.
