Replace the brakes? Went in to Landers to check the brakes making noise. Fully expected to to replace the rear brakes, maybe the front also. 53000 on the car. Poor communication, poor service After spending over $4,000 in past visits to correct an electric problem with my Jeep, the issue continues to exist. I brought the Jeep back to Lande After spending over $4,000 in past visits to correct an electric problem with my Jeep, the issue continues to exist. I brought the Jeep back to Landers thinking that a prior part had failed. After several weeks of my Jeep being in the service department and repeatedly texting my service adviser, I was told he no longer worked there and that the parts and service required totaled another $3,600. Landers had already ordered the part, despite my never authorizing the purchase. I called Brent, the Manager of the Service Department twice. He never returned my call and they refused the release my car unless I bought the part which I eventually did. I will never purchase another car from Landers or use their service department. More

Clearly, she has yet to work a Saturday when I’ve been in & out in 45 mins. ON. A. SATURDAY. The icing was cashing out. The guy couldn’t count out change from 88 cents to the next dollar. He had to use a calculator. Really?!??? With all the money Steve Landers has made over the years, you can’t buy a $20 cash register with a Cash Tendered key on it? I hope my next visit is less frustrating. More
