Questioning accuracy of reports. Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service the tire pressure is measured at either 32 or 34 all the way around. This is not accurate as I check my pressure before bringing it in and the pressures are not what is printed on my report. This makes me question if the routine checks are even being done. More

Customer Service and Repair I took my Chrysler Town and Country in to check on a noise coming from under the hood. At the very first contact with Chris Lawhon I knew I was in goo I took my Chrysler Town and Country in to check on a noise coming from under the hood. At the very first contact with Chris Lawhon I knew I was in good hands. I went to the customer lounge to wait. There were several maintenance items that needed done and parts ordered for the repair. I rented a car and felt totally safe leaving my van in good hands. Although my van was in the shop for 10 days, due to parts ordering, I received several emails and texts from Chris. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Landers CD. More

Disappointed I came in Friday for an oil change and had to bring it back today because the oil was leaking. Secondly, I asked service how much will charge to put m I came in Friday for an oil change and had to bring it back today because the oil was leaking. Secondly, I asked service how much will charge to put my new tires on my truck. I was told $21.75 plus taxes. However, when I picked the truck up yall charged me $16.78. I wasnt told there would be a shop fee until I was paying for the charges. Dont you think landers should have informed the customer there would be a shop fee? That isn't good customer service. More
Service for Check engine light and squeaking belt Service center ran a diagnostic on the check engine light and recommended a part replacement. Additionally they noticed a squeak coming from the fron Service center ran a diagnostic on the check engine light and recommended a part replacement. Additionally they noticed a squeak coming from the front of the motor. Recommended checking that also. The service tech Craig Noteboom explained the process and got me into a rental car. Explaining that the work and car would be under warranty. Craig kept me updated on the status of the repairs. The only complaint would be the length of time that the dealership had to take to get a replacement water pump (source of the squeak). Craig explained that it was a National backorder on the part. Overall positive satisfaction. More
