"Poor Customer Service"

We have been dealing with EARL (Worst Service Advisor ever...in my opinion. Can't even get the Service Manager to give me a call back after leaving several messages and going up to the dealership. Earl sends a text to me stating that I need to authorize $1700= dollars of work without stating what needed to be done. I would never take not buy another vehicle from this dealership.

After a recent oil change, I had mentioned in my survey that I was not happy with the breaks on my 2014 Jeep Compass. I bought it brand new and it only had 25k miles on it. The brakes would screech anytime I backed up rain or shine. It was SUPER embarrassing, and I was ashamed of my vehicle. John Frazier, the service manager, gave me a ring and ordered my vehicle some aftermarket brake pads. He made the process extremely easy. He got me set up with a rental vehicle for 24 hours. He kept me updated on how things were going around lunch time, and when I got off work, my vehicle was ready to go! The breaks haven't made a peep since. John has helped me fall back in love with my jeep again. Thank you so much for the AWESOME customer service and assistance in helping me with this matter.

"Made to my Business Presentation on Time"

My 2011 Chrysler 300C began to have a burning rubber smell and then strange sound. It was 7pm and we were in route from Dallas to Shreveport,LA and on to Lafayette,LA for a presentation. We were able to drive the car to Landers Dealership at 8:30am the next morning and was told they were full up without a appt. We explained we were traveling and desperate. Service Advisor Josh Bass understood and promised to at least have the car looked at, and made arrangements for us to get a rental car. We raced off to Lafayette,LA and got to our presentation with 21 minutes to spare. During the presentation we received a text from Josh Bass saying our Alternator was toast and needed to be replaced, if we would approve it, he would have it fixed that day. We did, he did and at 6:35pm we arrived back at the dealership after a 400 mile round trip. Our car was ready and we continued back to Dallas. Because of Joh Bass and Landers, We closed a sale and profited our family by $2,650... which we would have lost forever had we not gotten to our presentation on time. "Worst car buying experience ever."

I bought a car a year ago from this dealership and I have had nothing but trouble with the whole service experience. I like the car, although I have already had two recalls and also had to have it in for repairs twice as well. The service experience has been horrible, most everyone is rude and they never follow through on what they say they will do, noone can give you any answers why things were not done. I have been jacked around every time I have had to deal with them. I would tell anyone thinking about buying from this dealership to keep on drivi g down the road. I wish I had never bought this car.

Mr. James Gillis is the greatest salesperson ever! I purchased my truck from him in 2010 and he gave me the perfect deal with no pressure to buy. I plan to purchase another vehicle from him in about 10 months, as soon as I get this one paid off. Mr. Bass and all those guys and gals in the service department are absolutely fantastic; they "know my vehicle", and they always let you know what to expect, and they call after the diagnoses, prior to performing the work.

We have been consistently impressed with Landers since they came to Bossier. Since opening their doors they have serviced, modified and repaired our 2 Jeep Wrangler Rubicons, (2004,2014). Their performance and attention to detail has been above and beyond in every respect and in every department. Their depth of product knowledge is impressive. Their advice regarding jeep modifications, accessories and Mopar parts is invaluable and based not only upon education and training but extensive personal experience as well. The process of ordering a new Jeep was seamless. Scott's knowledge, advice and assistance was "spot on" and assured that we were able to get exactly what we needed. Kudos to an impressive Lander's team with an impressive product.
