I came to this Little Rock Kia dealership today to look at a 2017 Kia Soul used car.. I could not believe the salesman brought out a car with a broken windshield & that was absolutely filthy, nasty inside. at a 2017 Kia Soul used car.. This dealership does not even rate a one star. It will be easy to check this dealership off my list for any future car purchases. More

I went in to see a specific car that I had found on line. I emailed to see if they had it. I got an automated response, “When can you come in?” I sent another email asking again about the car, I got no resp I emailed to see if they had it. I got an automated response, “When can you come in?” I sent another email asking again about the car, I got no response at all by late afternoon the next day. I called and was assured that the car was there. I went to the dealership and asked to see the car. Surprise, it sold 3 days ago!!!! Yea, right!!! I mean, after all it’s a car dealership, they use many techniques to try to expedite sales. After that, I was well please with my salesman, Lamar Taylor. He did his best to find me the perfect car. There was some back and forth on the negotiations but, they exceeded my expectations. I bought the car and am very happy with it. More

Rude and Unprofessional I had the most horrible experience today at Steve Landers Kia. One of the salesmen picked me up and took me to the dealership. Once I got there, thi I had the most horrible experience today at Steve Landers Kia. One of the salesmen picked me up and took me to the dealership. Once I got there, things took a turn for the worse. The salesman and the general manager literally tried to force me to buy a vehicle that I did not want. For some reason, they did not want to sell me the vehicle that I wanted or any other vehicle but this 2019 Kia Forte. When the GM. Toto, I mean Tito, realized that I was NOT going to be bullied into buying this car, he stood up and said "Well keep the car you have and take a Uber home, I don't care!", and then walked off. The salesman who brought me to the dealership then said he couldn't take me home because he had an appointment and that I'd have to take an Uber home. I told him that there was no way I was paying for an Uber ride home when he brought me there. He then said he'd pay for it. Needless to say, I felt VERYlow and disappointed to just be left out in the cold, having to 'catch a ride' home. This was sooo unprofessional and rude! Will NEVER visit another Landers dealership if this is the way they treat their customers! More
