Some very positive points. Overall, I like that you have some good service department workers, and I like the ability to get a loaner car. Enid is GREAT. I have dealt with her several times for regular maintenance and recalls, and she always goes above and beyond. If I could give her alone 5 stars I would. However, she works for you, and I am giving an overall 3 stars to your dealership. This is because it is so difficult to get an actual human on the phone. I spent half of a day trying to get an update on my car, only to be put on hold over and over and over. I get that you all are busy. I manage a busy call center myself. However, you might consider some sort of system that doesn't leave the customer feeling as though they are just being left in limbo. I finally just drove up there to get some answers. More
