She teamed me up with Jodie VanCronkhite through Internet sales while I was searching online for that perfect car. Jodie was AMAZING at helping me locate the one that was a perfect fit for me and had the options I wanted. She went above and beyond what I ever expected. So fast forward to March 2016.. No brainer that when I needed to trade my vehicle in I contacted Jodie again. I trust her-she was always upfront and honest (which I must add that I'm not a very trusting person when it comes to sales people due to past experiences, not related to this dealership). When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by Belinda (who I have seen numerous times when bringing my car in to have serviced) let me say- she has always had a smile on her face and been friendly. This dealership is like no other. The sale went perfectly and easily with everyone I worked with-from Jodie, Kristina, Barney to the dealerships general manager Frank. I could not find a better deal in my state that came remotely close to competing, and even though an exceptional promotional sale had ended a few days prior to my contacting the Landers McLarty dealership, Tay was able to get me the sale price regardless...on a brand new car! What dealership does that?! Tay even bought me a hat from his own money while I was there looking at the hats...he would not let me pay. He went out of his way, every chance he could, even called to wish me a Happy Birthday a couple weeks later. I am not an overly emotional person, and I cannot say enough good things about Latavyn (Tay) Johnson. More
