Great Experience My wife and I just moved to the area from S Florida in July. I was looking to find a pre owned truck and trade in my Scion. In August I went to Land My wife and I just moved to the area from S Florida in July. I was looking to find a pre owned truck and trade in my Scion. In August I went to Landers Mclarty Dodge because they had a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately we were unable to come to an agreeable payment and had to pass. Julie Gallow did everything she could to try and make it work.. so I put it off for awhile. At the end of September Julie followed up with a call to see if I found anything yet. I had not and told her that they had a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately it was already sold. There was also a Jeep that they had that I was interested in and to check into that. All this was done via text. She had me fill out a credit app on line and would let me know. She came back with some numbers that were agreeable and set up a time to see the Jeep. I told I first wanted to see the Jeep before I made a,decision, she said "no problem". I saw the Jeep, took it on a test ride and said it was what I was looking for. We got set up with Don Alexandria in Finance and the experience sky rocketed. Don was able to take a good deal and make it spectacular.. By the time he was finished we walked out with a lower payment that was originally quoted and was able to to have a 2 year extended warranty and 4 services added as well! WOW! Julie and Don are definitely assets to the company and know how to take care of the customer. Thanks again for everything, we LOVE our Jeep Wrangler! More
