Absolutely Wonderful Darwin Roots and Mitch Duvall are the absolute best in the business. Alignment Had to Came I to get alignment 3 times. Second time I drove off lot and could tell the alignment was off.they had my car most of the day from 7 to 3. Had to Came I to get alignment 3 times. I called back and was Scheduled to come back saterday and had to Wait 2 and a 1/2 hours to get my car back. That's 3 times just to get alignment right. Makes me wonder what I payed for. When they had my car my vent visor on driver side was broken and I was told that they would fix it but when I came back in I was told that they could not do it but if I bought everything and put it on they would Reimburse me. If they can't do an alignment how am I to trust that I would get Reimbursed. Plus what about the time I wasted taking my car in 3 times. You pay for something that takes 3 time to get it right. More

Financing is a scam! Highly disgusted with being manipulated into purchasing a service contract during the financing process. 1) Finance guy David added it without discuss Highly disgusted with being manipulated into purchasing a service contract during the financing process. 1) Finance guy David added it without discussing it with me and originally expected me to sign thinking I wouldn't notice it. 2) He lied stating the bank would raise my interest rate higher if I did not get it. (I followed up with PNC and that had nothing to do with them. Actually made my interest rate higher because the guy put in I was borrowing more to include the service contract. 3) When I called back to confront him he stated the bank charges the dealership to do the loan which was another lie. They actually get incentive the more I borrow. So I was conned into paying $2200 extra for an incentive plan. I will not be letting this go it is unethical and predatory lending. More
