JoCarra was knowledgeable and thorough! We were searching for a used car for our college daughter who was home on spring break. JoCarra was the first person to greet us. She took us on test drives in two vehicles to allow our daughter to experience each and answered all her questions patiently and thoroughly. She followed up when the model and year vehicle came available, but the car was sold before we arrived at the dealership. That's when she and Bernie went to work and found another similar vehicle in inventory and made us a great deal and we made the sale.
