Jessica Chavers goes above and beyond I have been using Landers Mclarty service for ten years with no complaints. Both cars our cars have over 200K miles on then and are running great. Before Jessica, Jennifer was our service advisor but has moved up to service manager....you begin to get the picture. They advise rather than selling, I've never felt pressured. Had an issue with my Prius a few months ago that I thought was the end. I'd have believed I needed a new traction battery (thousands of dollars) but I was honestly told it was a water pump. Still going strong at a fraction of the cost. More
