Purchase new car Met salesman shortly after arriving. Explained my situation and made an appointment to return and bring my wife. Searched on line inventory and had my decision narrowed to 3 vehicles. Arrived w/wife at appointed time and told salesman what I wanted to see. From that point every thing flowed smoothly and professionally. Salesman was not pushy and handled our request in very timely manner. Settled on vehicle we wanted and started negotiation to purchase. Was introduced to sales manager, finance manager and everyone was very cordial and showed a real desire to earn my business. No problems at all. Car delivery We made our purchase and signed papers on May 24th there was a problem with the fuel door and the car had not had a good clean up when we came to pick We made our purchase and signed papers on May 24th there was a problem with the fuel door and the car had not had a good clean up when we came to pick the car up on Tuesday we were told it was at the body shop having the fuel door repaired we left and came back on Wednesday to pick the car up and was told it was in the clean up shop we left and went and ate supper and came back and the car was delivered to us. After getting in the car and riding down the road for a few miles we realized that the odometer reading had approximately 337 miles on it since we had signed the papers on Friday and it was not a good clean up on the car trash had been left in the rear seat of the van. More
