The team rolls out the red carpet every time we come to the dealership making me and my family feel like we are very important them. The atmosphere of the dealership is always very positive and upbeat. The team members are all professional and very accommodating, from my salesman Robby who was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and provided great customer service as usual, to the Sales Manager Rick who was very professional and transparent about the deal and made us very comfortable about our decision to purchase my new daily driver a 2015 Toyota Avalon XLE. Richard in finance was excellent also. The Navy Veteran was expedient , very informative but not pushy. And Robert the General Manager is this larger than life personality that makes you feel like you have known him all of your life and are part of his immediate family. They truly have the formula for success that all other car dealerships need to emulate. Seriously, we are customers for life!!! More
