After waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes I went to the service department to see I brought my 4 Runner for a routine oil and filter change. My paperwork was not ready. The man said another lady must have gotten my paper work. He apologized and said he had went to the waiting room and called my name. I was in there the whole time.
