Good Overall Experience and a First-Class Salesman I have recently purchased a used car from Landers McLarty Toyota in Fayetteville, Tennessee. The interesting thing about this purchase was that I live in New Jersey and found the car, reasonably priced, advertised on Cars.com. I inquired and was contacted by a salesman there, Reggie Matthews. With his considerable help, we were able to complete the deal remotely in just a few days time via text message and a few phone calls. There were not very many pictures of the car in the online advertisement; Reggie provided me with many good photos of the car, inside and out, via text message that he took himself. Reggie answered all my many questions about the car quickly and accurately. If he didn’t know the answer immediately, he would find out. All in all, a very pleasant experience. If you find yourself at Landers McLarty Toyota, I wouldn’t hesitate to ask for Reggie. One day I’ll find my way to Fayetteville to meet Reggie and shake his hand. More

Great service from Gee! I recently bought a new 4Runner that had to be ordered from the factory in Japan. It took 11-12 weeks to get it here, but Gee Vinson kept me updated regularly, and it was worth the wait (I drove it out of the showroom with 1 mile on it)! I live about 90 minutes from Fayetteville, TN, but after shopping prices at about 40 Toyota dealerships throughout TN, AL, KY, GA, IN, and MO, I was willing to travel to Landers McLarty to get a great price. I was somewhat worried that I wasn't going to get great service because I'm not local (and was really shopping based solely on price for the specific car/features I wanted), but I was very pleasantly surprised! Gee was very easy to work with, very responsive, and made sure everything was right! He even stopped me on the way out to top off my tank with gas to make sure I had a full tank for the ride home! I've never said this about a car dealer, but I wouldn't hesitate a second to refer a friend or family member to Gee at Landers McLarty. We had agreed on price via email, and Gee did not try to upsell me or change anything last minute...I was extremely impressed. I hope I don't need to buy another car for a long time, but if I do, I'll start with Gee. More

Great Experience at Landers McLarety Toyota Had a list of issues from "tire/road noise" to navigation control panel to rear sunshade to intermittent heater/air blower (fan). Problems were diagn Had a list of issues from "tire/road noise" to navigation control panel to rear sunshade to intermittent heater/air blower (fan). Problems were diagnosed and estimate presented. Control panel and sunshade issues were essentially cost prohibitive ($700-$800 for nav control panel, $1071 for sunshade and 5 hours labor for sunshade R/R at $95/hour). Tire/road noise turned out to be right front wheel bearing. With wheel bearing R/R and wheel alignment - MAN what a difference! Very smooth drive/ride now, not to mention safety aspect. Decided to do heater/air blower motor myself. Worked with DeJuan. EXCELLENT customer service. No problem when I decided to pick-and-choose on the various parts of the estimate. The best! More
