He has handled every request I have made of him with speed, earnestness, and good humor. It is not easy buying a car from a distance without having seen it or driving it oneself. I had many questions and I have at times been difficult. Tim Barber also was of assistance in supporting Reggie and a reassuring voice during the process. There was a point early last week when I felt I was being unduly pressured with talk of other salesmen who wanted to show the car which I had a deposit and a pending deal on. I reckon this is a normal sales tactic but there were a few small issues with the vehicle which came up in the inspection and I wanted to be certain they would be addressed to my satisfaction. Get everything In writing Make sure you get everything in writing. I was told they would order me a keyfob and they put it in with the deal with me paying an extra $300 for the Make sure you get everything in writing. I was told they would order me a keyfob and they put it in with the deal with me paying an extra $300 for the fob and programming and I failed to get it in writing and I'm still waiting on my keyfob. I knew better but got excited over my vehicle and failed to have them put it in writing. It's just sad sales people have no honor and can not be trusted to live up to their word. It's sad this is how it ends up because up until the keyfob we had a good experience. This keyfob deal has ruined that and I have contacted them 2 times to try and resolve it. More
