I had an appointment at 11 am to have an oil change & my headlights checked after 3 hrs they tell me that they had pulled my car back to the service area & forgotten about it & that the only way to check m headlights checked after 3 hrs they tell me that they had pulled my car back to the service area & forgotten about it & that the only way to check my headlights was to keep it over night so after 4 hrs I received the last rental car they had & left. They were supposed to call me in the morning about my car & at about 12 I gave up & called bc no one had contacted me about it. If I hadn't called I would've been without my car till my Monday & trying to figure out how to get it & return the rental car with having to work & probably charged for the extra time even though it wasn't my fault that no one had called me like they said they would. This is the first time that I've had such a horrible experience with them More

Great Customer Service Our car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Rick came out to waiting area and explained what had been found--a low cell on the battery. He Our car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. Rick came out to waiting area and explained what had been found--a low cell on the battery. He knew that there was one in stock and the price. He said it would take about 45 minutes-but it took a lot less. He then made sure that our GPS worked since the battery had to be changed.. It did not but it took him only a few minutes to transfer information from my I-Phone to the car's GPS. More

Great Service, Customer Service Got oil changed in 2019 Highlander and 2016 Sequoia. Very quick turn around. Worked with Chad. Very easy to work with.
