We were first met by Levi Shouse a great customer service manager and he directed us to meet Brian Porterfield a Sales Professional who is a highly motivated individual. Brian showed us several vehicles and took great care in listening to our wants and needs and also understood what we had to work with. The experience was surreal, I mean the kids were in the lounge laying on the couches watching tv and and relaxing with their icecream, sodas, popcorn, hot chocolate, they had it all and the building was impeccably clean, how great is it to do business when the kids are entertained and comfortable in a secure friendly environment. So we moved on after visiting for the longest time, I'm telling you we didn't even feel like we were buying a vehicle but more like visiting friends, it was so relaxing and not even a hint of being pressed for time. But I digress, we then met Ron Defrancisco, Finance Manager that man gave us an education and answered every question and concern we had, we had a previous bad car buying experience at another dealership and Ron was just so professional in all that he did. Got a great trade value on my wife's Nissan Maxima and a great deal on a 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. My salesperson was Brad Rhodes...."That Car Salesman" (931-675-2274) and from the Sales Manager Connie Amos. They were ably assisted by Levi in Customer Relations and Ron in Finance. I'm a letter writer.....send them when I get bad service and send them when I get great service. If service is what one would reasonably expect, I don't write. Decided to post this letter because my buying experience was just about perfect (only wish I had asked for some bottled water). These folks demonstrate that they want to EARN your business, treat you with respect, didn't try to play games like some dealers and made me drive away feeling glad that I had stopped there to look at some vehicles. The Highlander Limited is a complete new re-design of the Highlander and is loaded with features that provide,you with comfort, convenience and safety. The vehicle is spacious, ergonomically designed, and arrayed with loads of safety features like the back-up camera, side and rear traffic sensors, etc. It is also a Toyota and the fit and finish is superb. But the best feature is the ride.....quiet, comfortable, ultra smooth and with nice, tight steering. And finally, the audio and navigation system is nothing short of fabulous!
