I live is Springfield Mo so 90 percent of the trading in and buying process had to be done by email, text and phone. And I must say it went off without a hitch. When we arrived at the dealership the vehicle was warmed up and under the overhang ready for the test drive. They grabbed the keys to my trade and had me sign the paperwork while the plates were being transferred and the vehicle was being gassed up. All in all the whole process took about an hour in the dealership. Overall a terrific and very painless buying experience. More
