Oil change Besides the oil change, the service men found several other items to do. Since it had been some time since the last check-up, I agreed to them. The cost seemed excessive to me, and I especially object to paying a 'shop suppp /hazard/technololgy fee'. That should be covered by your insurance. I found that the employees who worked with me were extremely courteous and respectful. I would say that they are your greatest asset. More
