I dropped the vehicle off and was quickly provided a ride to work and on completion of the service a ride was quickly arranged to pick me up. Communication was excellent. I was informed that parts were ordered and I would be told when they were in and the repair scheduled. Long story short, the entire service and repair were completed entirely at my satisfaction and hiccups were well communicated. There were absolutely no bad surprises. More

2018 Toyota Tundra I have dealt with Carl Williams twice now on a 2016 and 2018 Tundra. He is by far the best salesmen I have ever worked with in my life of buying vehi I have dealt with Carl Williams twice now on a 2016 and 2018 Tundra. He is by far the best salesmen I have ever worked with in my life of buying vehicles. He gets me and knows how I like things to be processed and expedited. I texted him last Friday morning 02-16-18 at 9:00 A.M. and he promptly responded to me and we setup a meeting for 2:00 P.M. that afternoon. I gave him all of my pertinent information on which truck I wanted and what I needed for mine to make the deal work. I showed up at 2:00 P.M. and he greeted me and we then conversed for a few minutes to catch up. He then took my truck for an appraisal while I went and test drove the new Tundra I wanted. Once I returned from the test drive my existing truck had been appraised and we set down and negotiated my deal. Everything from start to finish was completed in less then 3 hours from when I arrived. It most likely would have only taken 3 hours if I didn't wait on my wife to return my phone call for an approval. Carl Williams is an amazing young man and salesman. You all should be very proud of him on how he handles his customers wants and needs. I think you all should consider promoting him or at least giving him a raise. Because he definitely deserves both of them. More
