2018 Toyota Tundra I have dealt with Carl Williams twice now on a 2016 and 2018 Tundra. He is by far the best salesmen I have ever worked with in my life of buying vehi I have dealt with Carl Williams twice now on a 2016 and 2018 Tundra. He is by far the best salesmen I have ever worked with in my life of buying vehicles. He gets me and knows how I like things to be processed and expedited. I texted him last Friday morning 02-16-18 at 9:00 A.M. and he promptly responded to me and we setup a meeting for 2:00 P.M. that afternoon. I gave him all of my pertinent information on which truck I wanted and what I needed for mine to make the deal work. I showed up at 2:00 P.M. and he greeted me and we then conversed for a few minutes to catch up. He then took my truck for an appraisal while I went and test drove the new Tundra I wanted. Once I returned from the test drive my existing truck had been appraised and we set down and negotiated my deal. Everything from start to finish was completed in less then 3 hours from when I arrived. It most likely would have only taken 3 hours if I didn't wait on my wife to return my phone call for an approval. Carl Williams is an amazing young man and salesman. You all should be very proud of him on how he handles his customers wants and needs. I think you all should consider promoting him or at least giving him a raise. Because he definitely deserves both of them. More

Service In the process of searching for a new car this weekend, I had the opportunity to go into the Mazda service center in Bentonville. I have yet to exper In the process of searching for a new car this weekend, I had the opportunity to go into the Mazda service center in Bentonville. I have yet to experience a service or issues with a vehicle there as it has been quite a few years since I have owned a Mazda. I will share what they offered though that I found to be top of the line. They will not only wash the outside of your vehicle, but also clean the interior for your weekly free car wash. Would love to have Toyota do both. I left this time, from Toyota, with a dirty truck as the free car wash had not yet opened. The ground was wet, but it was not raining. I did come back several hours later and it was just being opened so was able to run the truck through the wash. Mazda has a great machine in their waiting area where you can get coffee, latte, hot chocolate (made with milk), tea,... They also have packaged snacks - crackers, pretzels, Grandma's cookies, Chex mix, etc. that they offer for free while you are there, which is nice. For my service at Toyota this weekend, I had a great experience with the part on the steering wheel being fixed. I like Chris and want to keep him as my service tech. He is personable and dedicated to help and make the experience a great one. There are also two sales people there that I like, Barry and Aaron. They both always are very welcoming. More
