Steve Landers Toyota of Rogers Arkansas GOOD! Toyota of Fayetteville Arkansas had damaged my Toyota a year ago and attempted to fix the stripped oil plug with a sleeve. Toyota of Rogers Arkansas Toyota of Fayetteville Arkansas had damaged my Toyota a year ago and attempted to fix the stripped oil plug with a sleeve. Toyota of Rogers Arkansas caught it and notified me of the 'fix' that I was not informed of. At first I was unsure which dealership was telling me the truth because Toyota of Fayetteville said the "plug" was better than factory and that Toyota made defective oil pans. That was hard for me to believe. Toyota of Rogers was saying I needed a new oil pan that was $400 +. After a back and forth with Fayetteville Toyota, they refused to fix my Toyota. Toyota of Rogers on the other hand asked me to bring my truck in and they put it on a lift to show me with my own eyes the damage. Toyota of Rogers walked me through the process and Jason Jones was there to explain to me what I was seeing and that I understood what had happened. I learned that Fayetteville Toyota not only installed some aftermarket sleeve plug, but also installed another "new" sleeve plug after I complained to them to cover the defective one they installed. I was angry that a dealership would do that and I complained to Toyota Corporate. Jason Jones and Andy Gates at Toyota of Rogers had restored my faith in Toyota customer service and my trust. Toyota of Rogers not only helped me understand what had happened to me but also assisted me getting it fixed. Toyota Corporate agreed to fix my Toyota at no cost to me and let me have Toyota of Rogers do it since Fayetteville caused this mess. Jason Jones and Andy Gates had been 110% professional and just good guys. Since this has happened I have vowed to bring my business to him and Toyota of Rogers Arkansas. I have two more appointments set up for my other vehicles. More
