Engine light on - repairwork I was pleased with the speed of the work - only delay was the ordering of a part (my car is old, 2002). Drew was very nice to give me a discount on the rental car (2 full days) while my car was being fixed. The repairs were extensive but was assured my 200,000 checkup wasn't needed now because of all the work they did. I would say there was only one thing that was 'off' and that was when I came to get my car I had to wait 20 min. for it to show up (after 4 call-outs to them). BUT, when I got the car someone had not only cleaned the outside but also detailed inside the car so maybe that's what took so long. It was much appreciated. More

Walk-in Request I was uncertain about dropping in without an appointment--early on Saturday morning! (Especially after trying, unsuccessfully, to accomplish anything I was uncertain about dropping in without an appointment--early on Saturday morning! (Especially after trying, unsuccessfully, to accomplish anything through online chat on Friday night!) But with sincere concern about a possible dying battery in our Prius it was a step I had to take. Just the evening before we had to call "roadside assistance" to jump start it after a week of sitting in the garage, undriven, while we were out of town. I was met with an immediate "Yes, we can check that for you right away." from the Service Advisor. After diagnosis, it was agreed to put in a new "little auxiliary" battery--the one that starts the car, and thankfully not the "big" hybrid system battery! With winter on the way it is a relief to know I will not be stranded at an inconvenient time or location. Thank you! More
