Warning light on dash Came in without appointment because my yellow warning light was on with a message, "Key detected in vehicle" and the locks were unlocking and relockin Came in without appointment because my yellow warning light was on with a message, "Key detected in vehicle" and the locks were unlocking and relocking and the light was flashing. Initially thought it was the battery to the key fob, changed that for $7.61 and sent me on my way, same thing happen as soon as I pulled out of the bay. Left the car and later got a call that they had discovered my back hatch was not completely latched (although the light for an open door was lighted on my dash). Didn't charge me for figuring out the problem. Appreciate and effort and not charging me. More

Headlight fixed no getting pulled over by the police anymore I had great service from the van taking me to work and picking me up. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Took to long for paper signing, but ok. ET follow up on question about the car jack took 4 phone calls. The service manager took the bull by the horns and got me the answer in less than twenty follow up on question about the car jack took 4 phone calls. The sales manager told me that the highlander does not have a spare tire or a jack to which I said well there is a spare on this car because I looked at it during the Chase final send off lecture.
