Excellent Service-Super Fast Had a 3 PM appointment and showed up at 2:45 and was going to wait for vehicle to be serviced. I was told by the service writer that it'd be done by 3:45 which would have been fine, as I had some computer work to do. At 3:25 I was notified that the work was completed and I was free to go. Every time I stop in, everyone is more than courteous and concerned that I am being properly taken care of! Kudos to everyone! You guys rocked it this time! More

I appreciate his low-pressure helpfulness as I found myself unexpectedly in need of a replacement vehicle this past weekend. I was particularly grateful for the kindness he showed to my toddler, who would not likely have otherwise endured the morning and early afternoon. I would also like to thank Kyle, who quickly found a long-cord phone charger, so I could continue relaying to my husband all information pertaining to the warranty we were considering. His explanation of options was enlightening and easy-to-understand. Last, thank you to David and Kevin (not sure of his last name) for arranging for a windshield repair facility in my area to fill and seal the cracked windshield on my new vehicle. Also, thank you to all the friendly service guys who initially processed the Prius I traded and patiently explained the issues with it. I have forgotten their names, but am particularly grateful for the young man who introduced me to David. Wish we didn't live so far away, but I have shared my positive experience with friends and family in NWA/SW MO. More

Oil Change Experience Best oil change experience in a long time. No "your car needs xxxx too" and "it'll cost a mere gazillion." Car was actually washed satisfactorily. Had a tail light replaced I damaged a tail light on a Wednesday, went by the dealership and spoke to my service representative who ordered the part. It was repaired on the following Saturday in about 35 minutes. Wow. I started using Steve Landers Toyota because of George Ramirez. I trust George to be truthful with me. He is available when I have questions about my car. I have never felt that he recommended anything that didn't need to be done. I have been to other service departments where I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I will not go back to those dealerships. More
Starter issue My 2010 Venza was having issues starting. The battery was deemed good by Walmart so we thought it might be the starter. The mechanics could have put in a new starter but checked the three year old battery themselves and saw it was bad. So instead of putting in a $600 starter, they replaced the battery and saved me a lot of unnecessary expense. More
