Out of Towner I called around noon and was able to get an appointment for 3:00 PM. Got it and got to the service center at 2:55 PM. Was shown to the waiting area by 3:10 PM. At 3:55 PM, I was heading to the the cashier with my service completed with 2 recommendations. No biggies. On my way back to my kids home with all maintenance done that was needed at 65,000 miles. Quick, efficient and done with records updated back to my home dealership. Yeah! Great service. Just like Starbucks. I never get a bad cup of coffee anywhere I stop. The same goes for my Toyota service. More

A/C repair I was having issues with my drivers side A/C and Jason along with the service team took care of my A/C. The service team found that my refrigerant was I was having issues with my drivers side A/C and Jason along with the service team took care of my A/C. The service team found that my refrigerant was low and conducted a dye test to ensure that my system didn't have any issues. The service team also advised that my tires were getting a little low on tread (which I knew about and I'm just waiting for my oil change to change them out). Jason went out of his way to price some tires and advised that even if I bought the tires online, they'd be more than willing to install them if I brought them in. The service team does their job very well and the issue(s) will be resolved before your vehicle leaves the dealership. More
