Good, But Not Excellent This may sound petty, but when I began buying cars fro m Toyota of NWA, the waiting room experience was excellent (Pop, coffee, rolls, etc...). Now, This may sound petty, but when I began buying cars fro m Toyota of NWA, the waiting room experience was excellent (Pop, coffee, rolls, etc...). Now, it is just like any other dealer in the area. I go nowhere else, so I don't know. Besides Toyota and the great service department, the waiting room experience really sold me.
