We were promptly greeted and treated with the utmost respect. Our service was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I have dealt with many different dealership's service departments but this one has been the best one to date. They treated me as a customer and not like just another vehicle to be worked on. Keep it up!! More

I brought our 2013 RAV4 in for our 25,000 mile service earlier this week. I'm impressed each and every time my wife or I go into the dealership. It's our first Toyota and we should have probably owned one before now. Besides the vehicle being all we had hoped for, the buying experience and the routine service appoinments are also admirable. This morning Dan Joiner in the service department could not have been nicer and more helpful during our service appointment. We don't dread going into the dealership, but rather enjoy being around positive minded and helpful people like Dan to help us get whatever we need. More
Toyota of NW Arkansas has the best service department around! They call you to tell you what they found, how much it will cost, and how long it will take before they do a thing! They let you decide wha around! They call you to tell you what they found, how much it will cost, and how long it will take before they do a thing! They let you decide what services you would like done with no hassle. They fix things the first time and correctly. I especially like the valet service ! It's so nice to be out of the weather whether it's ice/snow/rain when getting things out of your vehicle. I have to say I do miss the morning Krispy Kreme donuts and soda. The nearest Krispy Kreme is 60 miles and I had looked forward to that as a treat. I miss the car wash after you get service, too. Johnny Gutierrez was my service adviser. He was very polite and considerate. He called me several times to let me know where service was and how things were coming along. I appreciate knowing the progress instead of just getting a call at the end with a bill. We drive to NW Arkansas for service because it's so much better at this dealership than other dealerships around! More

Sales department operates on a system that keeps all salestaff on a short leash. Once they have you seated at a desk the run off to report to "The manager in the glass office." YOU the customer get t salestaff on a short leash. Once they have you seated at a desk the run off to report to "The manager in the glass office." YOU the customer get to wait as long as it takes for them to decide if you are really a buyer or not. Last week I stopped by on my lunch break to see what they had in stock in the model we were interested in. The young saleman was very cooperative but as soon as we stepped into the showroom area and he took down my information he had to run off to the glass office to get his directions. Apparently these directions were that I was not ready to buy. I waited about 2 minutes and then got up and walked slowly (Deliberately) past the office and out the door. When I was almost to my car I turned around having decided that I never did get the card from the salesman. He had been released from the office and was busy putting away the keys to the car he had shown me. NOT looking for me. I turned and left. This was the second visit where I was treated as if I was not a serious customer. My wife has had her Prius serviced there since the dealership opened. Her experiences with the sales staff has been hot and cold. Most recently she has not been at all happy with the salestaff she has met. So this past Friday we headed south to Fayetteville for a doctors appointment and then the shop cars. My intent was to buy one IF my wife found something she liked with the terms we could live with. Before leaving I sent a message to the this dealership asking if they were interested in selling us a car. I said that my visit earlier that week left me doubting their interest in me as a customer. It's now Thursday almost a week later and not a word from the dealership. We did buy a new Prius at the Fayetteville Toyota dealership. I would have preferred buying in our hometown but clearly this dealership has their "system" the live by and as far as I am concerned we will not return except when it is inconvenient to drive to Fayetteville for service. That's a shame because the service department at this dealership has always been great to us. More
