Bloated asking price!! My wife and I were in the Market for a 2014 Highlander, and Toyota of Rogers was the first Toyota dealer that we visited. Aaron Chaffee assisted us and seemed very nice and knowledgable. Unfortunately, they did not any 2014 Highlander Limited's in stock, so Aaron offered to find one, and have it shipped to them, but we had to put down a $500.00 deposit. I asked Aaron if this money was refundable if we didn't like the vehicle, and after a few seconds he said "no". The 2014 Highlander is new and very popular, but there was no way that we were going to commit to buying a vehicle before seeing or even test driving the version we wanted. We left not long after that and Aaron promised to call me if anything matching our specs came in. 2 weeks later I received a call from Barbara at Rogers Toyota informing me that a vehicle had arrived and it met our specs. I made my way over to see it, but it wasn't exactly what we wanted. We wanted a Gray Highlander Limited with a black interior, without the Platinum package. Their vehicle was gray with gray interior and Platinum package. I walked into the showroom and came across Kenny Evans, and told him thanks, but no thanks. The vehicle is not what we wanted. His exact words were "what if I can get you a great price for it"? I said "show me a number". After a meaningless test drive and 5 minute wait while he spoke to someone in the glass office, Kenny came back to me with a number that was higher than the MSRP! They obviously did not want to sell this vehicle for anything less, and that was fine with me. Someone out there will pay MSRP for it, and it was not us!! We happily made our way north to Joplin two days later and purchased a 2014 Gray Highlander Limited for $2350 under MSRP!!! My salesman at Fletcher Toyota was great to work with, and I highly recommend them! More

I brought our 2013 RAV4 in for our 25,000 mile service earlier this week. I'm impressed each and every time my wife or I go into the dealership. It's our first Toyota and we should have probably owned o earlier this week. I'm impressed each and every time my wife or I go into the dealership. It's our first Toyota and we should have probably owned one before now. Besides the vehicle being all we had hoped for, the buying experience and the routine service appoinments are also admirable. This morning Dan Joiner in the service department could not have been nicer and more helpful during our service appointment. We don't dread going into the dealership, but rather enjoy being around positive minded and helpful people like Dan to help us get whatever we need. More
Toyota of NW Arkansas has the best service department around! They call you to tell you what they found, how much it will cost, and how long it will take before they do a thing! They let you decide what services you would like done with no hassle. They fix things the first time and correctly. I especially like the valet service ! It's so nice to be out of the weather whether it's ice/snow/rain when getting things out of your vehicle. I have to say I do miss the morning Krispy Kreme donuts and soda. The nearest Krispy Kreme is 60 miles and I had looked forward to that as a treat. I miss the car wash after you get service, too. Johnny Gutierrez was my service adviser. He was very polite and considerate. He called me several times to let me know where service was and how things were coming along. I appreciate knowing the progress instead of just getting a call at the end with a bill. We drive to NW Arkansas for service because it's so much better at this dealership than other dealerships around! More
