Our experience first started out with Clint in the maintenance area. He explained that the car we were getting serviced basically had major engine problems and could be very expensive to fix. Come to find out, I knew Clint from when he worked at Saturn and I knew I was in good hands. In our conversation he mentioned they could make us a good deal on a car (new or used) and recommended Brian Garrett Sales guy to us for the used vehicles. Brian did a great job of understanding our needs and I was quickly able to find a great used car. I am very happy with the customer service from both Clint and Brian and I also love that I get free unlimited car washes for as long as I own the car. Love it ! More

My wife and i were looking for an affordable , high MPG vehicle. Not being in a hurry we took 9 months checking consumer reports , auto trader and driving through our local dealerships used car lots. Friday we went looking , talked to a salesman about trade ins and saturday we were back ready to deal . Our sales person was Brian. He was very nice to deal with considering I'm not easy and don't like pressure sales people . Thanks to Brian we got the deal done and we were very pleased with the results of his hard work . My husband and I stopped in to "look" and noticed they had a Solara convertible like what we had been considering. We drove up in an old beat up pickup truck and were not dressed very good th noticed they had a Solara convertible like what we had been considering. We drove up in an old beat up pickup truck and were not dressed very good that day. Two salemen greated us in a friendly manner but were not interested in "waiting" on us and walked on by. Brian made the wise choice to give us a shot. He was very helpful, friendly and not pushy (which would have sent me home right away). We did not reach an agreement on price immediatly and left to shop around. Later in the day we called back with an offer which was accepted. We drove back to the dealership and wrote a check for the car. We feel like we got a great car for a fair price. If I have any complaint, it is that the process of purchasing the car seemed long and drawn out for what I thought should have been a simple cash sale. I have not paid for a car outright before so that may just be my ingonorance. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend Brian and the dealership to anyone interested in quality customer service. More
