Overall experience was ok because price in contract was not price I agreed on, and was left to discover the difference myself, when I called and asked about the difference, I was given a little bit of a ru not price I agreed on, and was left to discover the difference myself, when I called and asked about the difference, I was given a little bit of a run around, if one wasn't sure of what the difference was or why is was different, they should just answer honestly that they don't know, and that they'll direct me to the person that should be able to explain what the difference was and why it was there. When I got in contact with the person who wrote the contract, it seemed as if, as the saying goes "got caught with the hand in the cookie jar" person dealing with the contract didn't seem apologetic, that it happened, and rushed to cover up something it seemed like, I say that because I declined everything two, three, four times, and some how in the end one of the things I so boldly declined still ended up in the contract, after things were cleared up, and I signed a waiver to decline an option, I was told, it would go in effect right away, and I would recieve an invoice in the mail showing the over amount being taken off, or go online and total amount owed would be amount I agreed on, I recieved nothing in the mail, and once again left to find out on my own that nothing had changed, and had to call a few places to get things straight. After making a trip to Toyota of NWA and visiting with Sean Chase(our salesman) we felt confident that we had made a step in the right direction. Sean outlined the many features of the Prius including: fuel economy, safety features(very important as we have a young child), the mechanics of a hybrid, and finally how Toyota of NWA would be there for us in the future should we decide to go with a Toyota. Making the decision to purchase a Toyota Prius we feel confident that we made the right decision for our families future. I found the sales and service at Northwest Toyota to be a pleasurable experience. They helped me get a loan I can live with, and to purchase a new Prius, which I love. I feel confident I made the right decision with my Prius, it's nice passing the gas stations up! I would recommend this dealer, and my salesperson, Tommy Moser, who was friendly and helpful. He even paid for my touch-up paint. I especially like the free car washes, with my new black car, and the paid for maintenance the first two years, it's great. More

I had been in search for my Tacoma for about 6 months to a year and knew exactly what I was looking for. When I searched around online one random day, I came across one at this dealership and knew I would s a year and knew exactly what I was looking for. I emailed the dealer since it was a Sunday and first thing Monday morning Marty May called me and said it was mine if I could get down there ASAP. I was there all day going over details on financing and test driving it. Marty never gave up and neither did I. Both of us wanting me in this truck and both of us having a price in mind, we came to an agreement that in my opinion, favored me more than it did him. I got the help I needed, truck I wanted and Price I could really afford. I told Marty I refused to pay $400, $500, or even $600 a month for a truck. It took some time and I am sure he got a butt chewing from his boss, but got me a great deal. Only down fall I had was it took an entire day to get everything squared away. I currently have friends looking for newer cars and I have contact Marty and sent him on the lookout for those vehicles. I wouldn't recommend him, if I didn't think he would do a great job at taking care of the customer. Thanks Marty and Toyota for all your help. You made a life long customer! More

I spent the late winter and early spring of 2011 trying to decide whether to buy a Toyota or a Hyundai. Kenny Evans patiently met with me, answered my questions, showed me several models over these months, never trying to rush me into making a decision. I finally decided to purchase a 2011 Toyota Avalon. My purchase experience with both Mr. Evans and the finance department was pleasant and professional.
