The sales portion of my experience was handled very good by Steve Pruitt. The follow up service with the Finance Officer was horrible especially since he lied to me and it took over 6 weeks for me to recei by Steve Pruitt. However, when we arrived Barry Richardson was our salesman. Barry was most helpful when I test drove the Highlander and the Venza. He answered all my questions comparing the two for my needs. He guided us through the buying process and the negotiation was pretty "painless". They went above and beyond to find a mutual ground on a purchasing price.
