We were impressed with the entire dealership and everyone we had contact with and at no time did we feel high pressure sales from anyone. We went to just look for a car that would provide our family with better gas mileage not planning on buying that day. We planned on looking elsewhere but after speaking with Barry and the rest of the team we decided to buy from Northwest Arkansas Toyota and that is very unusual for us. We are the type of people that like to look around before buying. After talking with everyone we did not feel the need to look elsewhere. Clint did an exceptional job setting up my toyota which was due to a 90k mile check up. He did a great job educating me on the premium check up versus the standard check up. They detailed the car for me while they had the work done, also Clint caught a recall that was required and did this for me as well. He also spent so time with me on projecting what work would be needed on the next visit or check up. I thought only the high end dealerships like BMW and Range Rover were top notch in service and customer service but how wrong I was. I had owned a Range Rover before the X5 so feel I had been spoiled with service and then I find NW Toyota and boy was I wrong. The service plan I purchased is well worth the price and oh the customer service from the moment you drive into the service bay is outstanding. I cannot say enough about all the employees at the dealership. The physical plant, the cleanliness, service and attitudes of all make this a first class dealership for sure. My thanks to Steve and all the employees of NW Toyota for outstanding job well done! I love my Toyota Tacoma as well, it drives as good as the BMW and is so useful for my B&B here in Eureka Springs. Brian met us on the lot it had to be the hottest day of the summer. What a great guy he brought the car around to cool off before, took it for a test drive. In negotiating final sale price with Mr. May and his supervisor, they pulled a fast one on me which showed a lack of integrity. They had come down in price on the 2008 Toyota Prius I eventually bought on Nov. 3, 2010 from their original price by approximately a couple of hundred dollars and I demanded that they come down $500 additional or I was walking out the door. After another consultation between Mr. May and his Superior, they came back with a counter offer of $500 below their first asking price instead of the already reduced price which was clearly stated by me. I suppose they wanted the last word and tricked me by saying they were always suggesting $500 off their original asking price! That kind of behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. I finally got tired of squabilling with them! They wore me down. Hence, on the "Price" line above, my rating is somewhere between 2 and OK. I had to check 2 because I felt that the "Price" was not OK; checking OK would not be honest of me! More
