We visited Toyota of Northwest Arkansas over the weekend and was very pleased with our experience. So pleased, that we bought a 2010 Highlander. My husband and I can't stand feeling like we are pressured in and was very pleased with our experience. So pleased, that we bought a 2010 Highlander. My husband and I can't stand feeling like we are pressured into anything, so lucky for us we had the perfect salesman, Brian Garrett. He was excellent! Brian was knowledgeable, accommodating, and very personable. He wasn't the "pushy salesman" type at all, which made our buying experience a great one. He has already called to check in with us to make sure we are still happy with out purchase--a small, yet very impressive gesture that many salespeople don't bother with. I would highly reccommend Toyota of Northwest Arkansas and especially Brian Garrett. More
I came in at the last minute before my Thanksgiving trip. Not only did Josh fit me in for a oli change but, was able to fix my breaks as well. I would NEVER go anywhere else and Josh treats you like family. Not only did Josh fit me in for a oli change but, was able to fix my breaks as well. We have purchased both new and used Toyotas from dealerships in Missouri and Arkansas. We were not comfortable in Arkansas and drove over 200 miles to make purchases and service our vehicles. That was before we dealt with this dealership, they have been great to work with. Frank in service and Victor in sales were polite and did their best to gain our trust. More

I gave Toyota of NWA the rating I did because I believe them to be overall great. All the criteria given to rate were as I checked, "Great". I have purchased many autos since my first way back in the '50s. them to be overall great. All the criteria given to rate were as I checked, "Great". I have purchased many autos since my first way back in the '50s. Car buying has really changed since then, mostly for the worse for a buyers perspective. I typically feel like I am going through a "gauntlet" when shopping and purchasing. Not until my experience with Toyota of NWA has this feeling changed. We moved to the area only last January and was not familiar with any of the dealers. My wife took her 4Runner in for maintenance and came back with a very5 pleasant story. I didn't pay much attention until time to trade. My first surprise came when I called the dealership to check open hours etc, and none other than the manager answered the phone rather than the expected computer or "out of town" voice, with calling directions and a message. We first met Brian Garrett who took us around and discussed different options. His manner was just perfect. I really liked the way he `was sure to not be offensive. I could tell he was consciously aware of us being comfortable with what was going on, and getting the answers to our questions. Brian is an asset to the dealership. Other personnel assisted and also cared about our transaction. We have nothing but good to say about everyone there. That must mean the manager as well as he is the reason these particular employees are there. This dealership deserves a good rating because they earn it. More
We found the NWA Toyota dealership met or exceeded our expectations for our latest car buying experience. We found this dealership to be the best of the four visited in NW Arkansas and SW MO. Very clean, expectations for our latest car buying experience. We found this dealership to be the best of the four visited in NW Arkansas and SW MO. Very clean, conveniently located, amble inventory, and great/knowledgeable staff throughout the organization. Brian Garrett was our salesman. I found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and helpful in answering all of our questions during the process. Unlike previous experiences with other dealers, he was not pushy or your general "car salesman" type. Mr Garrett has contacted us on several times since our purchase to see if we were satisfied with our purchase, if we had any questions or problems. A simple action that is not always done by other dealers yet appreciated by the buyer. Since our purchase, I have not had any problems with the auto but the dealership has been very helpful and professional in my limited dealings with the service department for routine maintenance. I'm sure that is a strong indication of what I can expect when I do have a problem. I would highly recommend Mr Garrett and this dealership to anyone. More
