I own a Toyota for their quality and value. My Tacoma had a "recall" for the fuel pump. I called, made an appointment, and r they replaced the part very timely. The Service Department is very efficient. When I drive my car into the bay, someone is there immediately to ask me what the problem is, takes the milage, gives me a receipt and sends me to one of the associa car into the bay, someone is there immediately to ask me what the problem is, takes the milage, gives me a receipt and sends me to one of the associates inside. That associate pulls me up on the computer immediately, takes additional info, and says that I will receive a text when the work is completed. I received a test text, and the next text I received said that the work was completed. No hassles at all. More

I appreciated how the first oil change was free and they also did an inspection for me. I also liked how you just pull into the service bay and check in and everything else is taken care of for you. Overall a disappointing visit. I knew an oil change would be expensive going in but went anyway because I saw an ad for a $20 rebate. When I asked about the rebate the service desk said "oh here" and would be expensive going in but went anyway because I saw an ad for a $20 rebate. When I asked about the rebate the service desk said "oh here" and handed me a flyer which I then had to go figure out how to apply for the rebate myself. When I drove away I noticed a strange noise come and go from my engine. I checked under the hood once I got home and found an original BMW engine oil bottle still under the hood with a hole worn in it from my belt. On top of that my rebate was of course rejected on the mobile one website because the receipt I received from the service desk does not meet their guidlines. So no rebate. They were at least friendly. More
