No, my wife contested it after over 3 hours of waiting for an update. She was told she could walk away again (with no diagnosis) and just pay the one diagnostic fee after initially being told that she would have an update and diagnosis after about 1.5 hours. You can feel free to try and justify this “agreement” publicly, but what you did was take advantage of the situation. Having gone to another auto shop with a diagnosis and repair in under an hour, not to mention a bill for less than a TENTH of what you quoted us, is enough to prove that you do not really care about us as your customers nor our patronage.
