Ive had to made a couple visits to the Rogers service dept. in the last month. Each time I had great service. Chris, Tyson, Patrick and Lake are true examples of what customer service should be in a busi dept. in the last month. Each time I had great service. Chris, Tyson, Patrick and Lake are true examples of what customer service should be in a business. Chris helped me get my electrical issues resolved made sure I had a alternate transportation and made me aware of some other potential issues that could have cost me in the long run. Tyson helped me find the best tires for my van. Gave me time to check out other prices and worked with me from start to finish. Lake assisted with my tire transaction as well as gave me a list of items needing to be addresses soon and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner since I did not have other transportation. I also wanted to recognize the gentleman working in the service area where you pull in. I believe his name was Patrick. Thats the kind of associate you want working with your customers. Very inviting and ready to help. Always a smile, have a great day and when a disabled gentleman took a bit to load up in front of me he made sure the man and I was ok then thanked me for being patient and understanding a couple times. Sorry for the long note but great customer service is rare these days and I think its very important these people get recognized and appreciated. They are the face of your business. More
